Ramova Marina, in Krvavica on the Makarska Riviera in Split-Dalmatia, is a charming place to rent a boat from. The marina has a backdrop of the Biokovo Mountains and is surrounded by a long sandy beach. It is well-protected from the winds of the region and opens all year round. It’s a family friendly marina that makes a fine base for exploring the Makarska Riviera made up of the towns of Makarska, Brela, Baska Voda, Krvavica and Tucepi. The proximity of the southern and central Adriatic islands makes this region an excellent base to charter a boat from. It’s a buzzing tourist destination, famous for its palm trees and long promenade.
Approach is relatively simple. The width of the entrance to the main part of the marina is about 18m and marina depth is up to 6m.
Ramova Marina has 195 sea berths all supplied with power and water. The marina can accept vessels to a maximum length of 16m. There are also 60 land berths available, a crane and technical services and repairs. There are 2 cranes with capacities of 18T and 20T
Other facilities include a reception, and parking. There is a popular restaurant at the marina with a 150 seat capacity. Other amenities such as a fuel station, laundry, pharmacy, ATM and shops are present in Makarska which is about 7km south.
The port has surveillance cameras, security guards and is well-lit at night. The Ramova Nautical Centre issues fishing permits for the region.
Split Airport is 90 kilometers away, while the Dubrovnik airport is 195 kilometers from Ramova Marina.
