We started sailing on "Mon Amour" from the Pirovac marina. Small, clean marina with friendly staff. Our goal was to visit the Šibenik archipelago. With a favorable mistral and coffee in Tisno, we went down to Grebaštica bay. A long beautiful bay with safe anchorage. The small islands between Zlarin and Krapanj offer various possibilities for swimming and anchoring. The coves of Vela and Mala Stupica on Žirje are open to the south, but anchoring is safe on buoys. The weather turned south on Wednesday, so we chose the port of Zlarin for anchorage. The Zlarin pier has a small capacity, but we found one buoy and tied up. The sailboats that came behind us were mostly returning towards Šibenik, because the southerly wind was 16 - 18 m/s.

Thursday was exciting because in a strong southerly, hiding from the big waves from Zlarin, we sailed around Tijat, Zmajan and Kaprije from the north side. Sailing downwind was great. Not too dangerous for us amateurs, and the sailboat goes up to 8 knots. Anchoring at Kakanje was not possible because all the buoys were occupied, so we continued to the port of Kaprije, where we found a mooring at the pier. On Friday, morning coffee on Kapri, sailing to Murter, swimming in Kosirna and returning to Pirovac in the afternoon. Have a nice week.
