The evidence of payment of the full amount of the charter fee is to be delivered in the same way. In case the Client or the Agent does not make the downpayment within the agreed period, the reservation will be cancelled.

MARINA reserves the right to withdraw the booking confirmation within 4 days from the confirmation date. In this case MARINA shall, without delay or any reduction, return the paid amount to the Client or Agent, directly or by way of an agent.
