Bavaria 50

Yacht Model Overview

Bavaria Yachts’ sailing yacht Bavaria 50 is a charter classic for guests who want real sail feel—clean lines, balanced handling, and a deck plan made for comfortable days afloat. This model is offered for rental with a practical layout: five cabins with ten berths in the cabins, plus two additional berths for flexible group sizes. Three heads (wc) keep mornings smooth even when the itinerary runs fast. Under sail, the yacht’s proportions support steady trim and predictable responses; on passage, you feel the quiet confidence of a well-matched rig.

For charters, the Bavaria 50 is documented within the 2000–2000 charter-built timeframe, so you can expect a consistent specification suited to week-long itineraries. In Greece, it has earned popularity among crews and families who prefer classic sailing over purely motor comfort. The typical cruising rhythm fits the Aegean: morning departures, sheltered lunch coves, and evening approaches with sail already drawing—no hurry, just cadence.

Pricing for weekly rental is typically in the range of 2,300–3,000 EUR, with an average around 2,492 EUR. That makes the Bavaria 50 an attractive choice for guests balancing sailing ambition and budget discipline. It’s the kind of yacht that invites you to learn the basics on deck, then relax as the wind does the work. The result is a vacation with technical clarity: stable accommodation, sensible capacity, and sailing performance that stays friendly—especially in the Greek islands where conditions reward seamanship.

If you’re planning a sailing holiday with enough berths for your circle and enough comfort for your return, this Bavaria 50 delivers. Set the course… let the breeze speak. Premium sailing, neatly packaged for charter.
