Show original “ Dear Mrs, I apologize for the delay but I have been away for some time. The holiday went very well, the boat, which was the same as lastyear, it went very well too. I personally believe that that type of boat (Elan 340) is very suitableto those who want to sail even in the presence of light winds because,in the presence of a few knots of wind it moves perfectly, the maneuversthey are good both at sea and in port, so much so that you can get there by sailvery close to the landing place and the engine only when it is strictlynecessary. If you think that in a week of navigation we havespent only 12.00 euros for diesel. I think it's suitable for those who really wanttake a sport sailing cruise. It has a few small flaws on some small solutions that are notcomfortable, like the lack of a stern "garden" where it is easyaccess to the sea, the ladder is very long and cumbersome because thedistance from the sea is relevant; but overall the judgment is very positive. Charter companies should have more of this type of boatsupplied and less bavaria or certain benetteau which are comfortable and spaciousbut they are not underperforming when sailing. Best regards Domenico Lo Bianco, Italy ”
