“ Dear Ani It's been a long time since our sailing vacation! I like to give you my honest feedback on the base and the ship. We were all very friendly served and cared for. We sail for many years and own sailing ships in Switzerland. That is why we have a lot of experience in the maintenance of sailing ships and know many sailing areas! Of course, we also noticed that not all employees knew exactly about the technology! But they were always helpful and organized us what we wanted in addition! There is a small minus because we had no ship with Main Sails as we had chosen. To the Ship: The ship has a good basic concept! The weight is skillfully placed at the lowest points! Unfortunately, many furnishing materials are of very poor quality. It's scary how bad the boat looks after 2 years of operation. The rig is set too loose and does not allow for reasonable sailing from 4bft. It was even dangerous when we had to show up at 28 knots of wind and the rig began to beat so much that we had to recover the sails. But we have reported and can be easily adjusted. All the roles of the current good are of poor quality and generate great friction! The leadership of the Genoa bulkhead needs an additional role in front of the winches, so that the knocks on the winch and the person who operates the bulkhead, not so unpleasant. These are a few small things that you absolutely have to improve. Then you have a fast but very easy to use great ship.
