Show original “ Good morning Tatjana, Regarding the boat and the charter service I would say that we are satisfied. The boat was in excellent condition (that's why we always try to rent new boats) and the Multihull charter service was very good. In fact, during the navigation the rope that rewinds the mainsail broke, and the Multihull sent a person to repair it in the port where we were sheltering. I don't remember if we have photos of the boat, eventually I'll post them on your FB page. Allow me a couple of suggestions: - regarding the photos of the boat, as I seem to have already pointed out to you, it would be appropriate that they were actually of the boat to be rented (so like 4 cabins and 4 bathrooms and consequently the actual interior layout) not with a non-existent owner's cabin. - quality of equipment: I believe that on a boat that will cost the company more than € 250,000 they could use a better quality line. In fact, the one that broke was really poor. Regarding the boat (but this is a problem of the Dufour) very comfortable refrigerator with very comfortable internal blue lights, but the lights above the kitchen are insufficient in my opinion. And the batteries of the boat or too old or the solar panel not working, the fact is that, strangely, every night the low battery alarm sounded. I hope these little tips are appreciated. However, overall we were happy and if we decide on another cruise in the Mediterranean next year, I think we will turn to you again. Sincerely Francis ”
