“ Regret to advise that unlike our previous charter from Sukosan in 2009, we have found our last experience at Dubrovnik rather than disappointing. In addition to attached complain, the hours of check in out in Dubrovnik were not convenient. The diver hull inspection at Sukosan was clearly announced and witnessed by skippers who were immediately informed about any problems, while in Dubrovnik we were not even aware whether the boat hull was actually sighted by anyone. Pls find attached the Letter of Complain and related pictures and documents. I decided to issue the Complain hoping also that it would improve the service on site and thus the satisfaction of your future customers. Despite delayed departure and technical problems we managed to accomplish quite a trip, calling Sobra, Korcula, Vis, Pasadur, Skrita Luka on Lastovo and back to Dubovnik. Everything was perfect and impressive. We have agreed to arrange at least weekly charter next year. This time from Zadar area heading north. strz@poczta.fm ”
