While the staff at the base were friendly and helpful, we thought out yacht was very poorly maintained. Lots of things broke during our holidays, including the bowsprit when the anchor rolls, which required the company to send someone to fix it. Some things we had to fix ourselves, and many other we just had to live with it.
At the base they blamed it on the manufacturer, saying that Hanse’s quality is terrible, and I can probably agree with them on this. But I also think that a more aggressive maintenance programme would help a lot.
Other than that, we had a great holiday, we particularly enjoyed Montenegro. Croatia has better sea, but the prices are too high.
