ACI Marina Pula, of the ACI group is located in the centre of the historic town of Pula on the Istrian peninsular in the Northern Adriatic. Istria is a well-known place for chartering a boat and the marina is well protected and opens all year round.
ACI Marina Pula provides an excellent base for exploring the Brijuni Islands. Further south along the indented shoreline; the Premantura Peninsula hides a spectacular nature park, the protected cape of Kamenjak. A succession of resorts lines the shore and there are long stretches of unspoiled rocky coast. Starting in Pula you can cruise the Brijuni National Park or sail over to the Kvarner Islands of Krk, Cres, Pag, Rab, Losinj; or the smaller and less crowded islands of Unije, Ilovik, Susak, Silba and Premuda.
The harbour is located in a natural bay between the peninsula and the breakwater, which provides excellent protection. The safe entrance to the harbour is between the breakwater head (an extension of Cape Kumpar) which is marked by a green and Cape Proština which has a red lighthouse.
ACI Marina Pula has got 192 sea berths, for boats up to 40m in length, all supplied with power and water. This marina does not offer dry dock facilities.
Other facilities and services include reception with an exchange office, ATM, a nautical equipment store, toilet and shower facilities, a car park, a nearby fuel station (0.3 nm) and Wi-Fi internet access.
Since it is a city marina is the port of authority, maritime border crossing, hospitals, clinics, banks, post office, supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities are all nearby.
