Marina Punat

Punat Marina, on the island of Krk in the north Adriatic, is the oldest marina in Croatia and where nautical tourism in the region started. Today it is a large, modern marina in a well-protected bay, complete with all the services yachtsmen need. Winner of numerous awards, Punat Marina was the first marina to receive the prestigious ISO 14001 international standard for environmental protection management, which it has held since 2010. It is also a proud owner of the prestigious Blue Flag, the international recognition of excellent waste management practices, and sea cleanliness and quality.  Punat Marina is a popular yacht charter base in the North Adriatic and is located in the southwest part of the island Krk, near the town of Krk. Forty five kilometers away is the bridge that connects the island of Krk with the mainland.

Punat is an ideal starting point for sailing to the Kvarner islands, loved for its mild climate and cobalt waters. The islands of  Losinj, Krk Cres and Rab all have atmospheric old port towns and expanses of untainted coastline dotted with remote coves perfect for a dip. A variety of vessels are available for charter from this base

The advanced security system and full-service boatyard makes it a good place for a permanent berth. Well-trained staff is always at the ready always ready The main entrance is additionally secured by video surveillance; the video recordings are kept separately.

Facilities

Punat Marina has 850 berths for a maximum boat length of 45m, all supplied with power and water. There is 24 security and video surveillance, public bathrooms, Wi-Fi access , laundry, ice, parking, a supermarket, a chandlery shop and bars and restaurants on site. A diving service for underwater repairs is also available on request.

The boatyard has 300 dry dock berths and a full-service workshop including slipways, a crane and a boat hoist. Services offered here are boat repairs, electrical repairs, official engine repair and services for leading brand. Technicians are able to perform a complete overhaul for all types of vessels, including superyachts.

In terms of waste management there is used oil collection, black water discharge and waste disposal and recycling bins.
