Step aboard the Lagoon 42 catamaran, built in 2020 and designed for smooth, confident days in the Aegean. Based in Lavrion, Greece, this 12.8 m sailing catamaran combines modern comfort with practical safety systems. It is ideal for a private charter or rental with friends or family, offering space that feels effortless—yet still technically precise under way.
Accommodation is arranged in 5 cabins with 8 berths in the cabins plus 3 additional berths for flexible crew or guest setups. Five toilets support daily comfort, and the layout keeps circulation natural from saloon to cockpit. The cockpit is appointed with a table, cushions in teak surroundings, and a shower for quick refresh after swimming. A bimini top brings shade; the lazy bag and lazy jacks simplify sail handling when conditions change.
Sailing performance is supported by a self-tacking jib, while navigation and control are handled through an autopilot and a GPS chart plotter in the cockpit. A VHF radio, echosounder, wind instruments, and a speedometer help you read the sea with clarity. For anchoring convenience, an electric anchor windlass and electric winches work with a smooth, coordinated routine.
Comfort and power are balanced with air conditioning, an inverter, and a battery charger, plus a generator. Solar power contributes to efficiency, and shore power connections are available via the shore power cable. Practical galley equipment includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, and a freezer.
For water time, you’ll find a swimming ladder, snorkelling equipment, and a cockpit shower.
