Hanse 388 sailboat – Sukošan

Boat Overview

From our experience, the Hanse 388 is one of those modern sailboats that simply feels “ready” the moment you step aboard. Built in 2021 and based in Kaštela, Croatia, this 11.4 m sailing yacht is designed for smooth, confident days on the Adriatic—whether our guests plan a calm coastal cruising or a more active route between coves.

We recommend it especially for groups who want comfort without complicating the handling. The layout is practical: 3 cabins accommodate 6 berths in total, with 2 additional sleeping positions available if your party needs a little extra flexibility. Actually, we have noticed that this arrangement works very well for families and small crews who still want privacy.

Technically, the boat is equipped for day-to-day charter sailing. The self-tacking jib reduces workload when you change tack, and the autopilot helps maintain a steady course while you focus on navigation. For communication and safety, the VHF radio is in place, and the GPS chart plotter—located conveniently in the cockpit—supports efficient route planning. We also like the bow thruster for maneuvering in tighter harbors; from our knowledge, it makes departures and arrivals noticeably easier.

The cockpit experience matters too. A cockpit table and cockpit shower add real convenience after swimming, and the bathing platform makes access to the water straightforward. Power and comfort are supported by an inverter and a battery charger, while hot water rounds out life on board.

If you are looking for a charter sailboat with modern systems, a balanced sailing setup, and a location that makes day trips effortless, we state with certainty that the Hanse 388 in Kaštela is a strong choice. Hurry—our guests who have trusted us book this one early!
