Day 1 | SPLIT (dinner)
After you have checked in and have had a chance to settle down, from about 14h00 join the guided tour of this ancient and historical city. (Note: Late arrivals miss out). The Split complex of 12th and 13th-Century Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque style churches, forts and palaces are under UNESCO's protection. You will be surrounded by incredible architecture, particularly the notable and impressive Diocletian palace, once the home of the Roman Emperor. Back on board ship, you will be treated to a meet and greet party with a welcome reception and cocktail. Overnight in Split.
Day 2 | SPLIT - KORCULA (breakfast, lunch)
Depart in the morning and cruise to the Island of Korcula - famed for being Marco Polo's birthplace. Lunch is served in one of the many secluded bays along the way. After an early afternoon arrival, a guided walking tour of this enchanting town with its fortified walls awaits you. This island holds more legends, fables and monuments than any other. As you stroll along the herringbone-patterned streets, you will find a multitude of choice restaurants allowing you to delve further into a gourmet encounter followed by a selection of clubs and bars for those looking to enjoy the night lights. Overnight in Korcula.
Day 3 | KORCULA - MLJET & DUBROVNIK (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
You will be cruising south the next morning to the Island of Mljet. The cruise manager will lead you on a walk to the famed Mljet National Park and its salt lakes. A boat will transport you to St Mary Isle where you can explore a 12th Century Church, as well as an ancient Benedictine monastery and abbey. Lunch is back on the ship after which you will depart for Dubrovnik, arriving there in the late afternoon. Before docking you will coast alongside the old city walls relishing in the magnificent sights of this ancient town and a scrumptious buffet dinner served on deck of the cruising ship. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Day 4 | DUBROVNIK (breakfast)
Once breakfast is over you will be transferred to this mythical town for a guided walking tour. The cable car ride from the old town to the Srđ mountains will afford you the best photo moments as you look down on the breathtaking views of the town, walls and Elaphiti Islands. You are free from the afternoon to search out idyllic places for your lunch and dinner or, if you have the energy to explore further, how about a 1,940 m long walk atop the walls and a stroll along the 'Stradun' - the central main street of the town that serves as a promenade and square polished to a shine with all the feet that have walked across it over the centuries? Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Day 5 | DUBROVNIK - PELJESAC PENINSULA (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
You will leave early in the morning and head out. After a quick lunch break at one of the Elaphiti islands you will arrive in Peljesac in the afternoon. Here you will explore the rural areas inland and you will be transfered to a village in the afternoon. Then a visit a local farm is on the cards where, at a traditional village party, you will be treated t o an all-inclusive dinner with mouthwatering Croatian delicacies derived from local produce, accompanied by renowned Peljesac wines. Late transfer to the ship with overnight on Peljesac.
Day 6 | PELJESAC - HVAR (breakfast, lunch)
Morning cruise to Hvar with lunch off the islet of Šćedro and then a chance for a swim at the Pekleni Islands. Late afternoon landing in Hvar, the longest and one of the sunniest Adriatic islands, famed for its bountiful, purple lavender fields and spectacular allure. Discover the ancient monuments and don't miss the oldest (founded in 1612) public theatre in Europe and the cathedral with its original tower and Renaissance architecture. Take a hike up to the fort and survey the panoramic view below - your ship in the harbour and the Pakleni islands. Hvar is the spot to enjoy the night life with many restaurants, cafes and bars open until the early hours. Overnight in Hvar.
Day 7 | HVAR - BOL - MILNA or PUCISCA (breakfast, lunch, tasting, Captain's dinner)
Last day in the Golden Cape, famed for its gravelly bluff continuously being reshaped from one side to the other by the waves and wind. Then the quaint fishing town of Bol, which has developed into an attractive tourist haven. Lunch on the ship is followed by free time until the wine tasting event. On to Milna or Pucisca until we round off with the Captain's farewell dinner featuring live music and entertainment. Overnight will be in Milna or Pucisca.
Day 8 | MILNA or PUCISCA - SPLIT (breakfast)
Head out back to Split where you will no doubt feel a bit saddened that you will have to bid the crew and all your new friends farewell! By 09h00 you are checked out and transferred to Split airport.
Special notes
- In case of inclement weather or unfavourable conditions in the port visited, the line and the Captain reserves the right to change the route accordingly.
- Cruise departures are guaranteed unless less than 10 participants book, in which case the line reserves the right to cancel the departure and change the ship.
- You will find the ship's regulations in written form on board and please especially note the rules relating to bringing drinks onto the ship.
- If at any time a guest/s displays inappropriate behaviour the line or captain reserve the right to request said guest/s to disembark.
It is highly recommended that you take out insurance against cancellation of reserved services! The line offers a comprehensive travel insurance package (private liability, travel health and personal accident, luggage & trip cancellation insurance).
The itinerary may differ from that published in the event that ports are too busy or overcrowded - the aim always being to give the customer the best experience in every way.
Some Croatian ports have unique mooring conditions and requirements and it's possible that ships might be moored alongside each other, which means guests need to cross over the gap between ships to get to shore. In this event, please take special care as this will be at your own risk. Of course, the crew will always be there to assist you when needed or requested. It is not recommended that people with limited mobility or in wheelchairs attend the cruise.
