Yacht Overview

We’ve spent years matching discerning travelers with the right sailing experience, and the Sun Odyssey 440 in Greece is exactly the kind of yacht that feels quietly confident from the very first glance. Built in 2021, this modern 13-meter sailboat is designed for charter and rental guests who want comfort, ease, and that unmistakable Mediterranean rhythm—sun, wind, and open horizons.

With four cabins, it accommodates eight guests in cabins plus two additional berths, making it ideal for families, close friends, or couples who simply enjoy inviting a little extra company aboard. We’ve noticed that the layout works beautifully in practice: everyone has their own space, yet the social areas stay welcoming. Two toilets add a practical layer of convenience when days stretch into evenings—no rushing, no compromises.

From our experience, what elevates this yacht is the combination of thoughtful onboard systems and day-to-day livability. The bimini top brings instant shade when the light turns bold, while the cockpit shower and cushions make long afternoons feel effortless. For navigation and handling, the autopilot and bow thruster are the kind of features guests appreciate most in marinas and tight approaches. And yes, the tender support with an outboard engine means you can reach shore with ease—especially when the coastline is all charm and no dock.

We recommend this sailboat for cruising along Greece’s islands and coastlines, where the scenery changes every hour and the sea stays generous. It’s not just a rental—it’s a refined way to sail, with a calm, editorial kind of luxury. We state with certainty: if you want a 2021-built sailing vessel that feels modern, comfortable, and ready for real days on the water—this one belongs on your shortlist!
