Göcek Marina, part of the D-Marin Group, is a lovely marina situated in one of Turkey’s safest natural harbours, just outside the town of the same name. Protected by 6 mile wide and 280 m long floating wave breaker, Göcek Marina provides a safe maneuvering area with its 40m depth even for superyachts up to 70 m.
Facilities
Göcek Marina has berths for 380 yachts with a berth capacity up to 70m, all supplied with power and water. The marina features long floating pontoons and there are WC and shower facilities, laundry, 24-hour TV broadcast, wireless internet access – paid, outdoor car parking, a pilot boat service, diving services and a scuba tank filling station.
In terms of waste management, Göcek Marina has a water circulation system in the harbour, a waste water collection facility, a solid waste collection station and waste engine oil collecting station.
The boatyard has a dry dock capacity for 150 boats, a 75t travel lift and a 40t trailer. Services on hand are hull pressure washing and cleaning and general cleaning works ,as well as technical services for paint – polyester, engine maintenance and repair, electric (up to 650 amper), carpentry, lathing and metalwork, ventilation, bilge control, air conditioning and battery control and charging.
Right next to the marina is a 250-meter long Blue Flag beach and a luxury resort hotel with its newly designed D-SPA. An upmarket restaurant serving international cuisine and a selection of beverages can be found here as well as a playground, volleyball court and a basketball court.
