We’ve worked with many sailing couples and small families, and the Dufour 310 GL has repeatedly impressed our guests in Primošten, Croatia. Built in 2018, this rental sailboat is designed around comfort and confident handling, even if your crew is not large.

The layout is practical: you get 2 cabins and 1 head, with 4 berths inside the cabins plus 2 additional berths. Actually, that extra sleeping capacity is often the difference between “just enough” and “comfortable” for a week on the water! With a length of 9.67 m and a beam of 3.31 m, she balances manageable size with stable cockpit space.

From our experience, the navigation and communication package matters most on the Adriatic. Here you’ll find a GPS plotter and VHF radio, supported by a complete navigation set and an echo sounder for reading depth changes with confidence. We also like the safety and control details: an emergency tiller is on board, and the sail plan includes a full-batten mainsail with a roller headsail (roll genoa). The bimini top, cockpit cushions, and even the cockpit shower make long afternoons feel easy—really easy.

For anchoring and docking, we observed that the anchor chain and spare anchor/chain & rope give peace of mind. The cockpit table and outdoor speakers help keep the onboard atmosphere relaxed. Shore power with a 220 V connection, a refrigerator, and shore cable support comfort at marina stops.
