From our experience, the Elan Impression 45.1 is exactly the kind of sailboat our guests choose when they want a relaxed Adriatic holiday with a touch of comfort and real sailing feeling. Based in Primošten, Croatia, this 2020 model combines a clean modern layout with practical details that make life on board easy from the first day. We think she is especially appealing for families or groups of friends who want a well-balanced charter boat with enough privacy and a welcoming social area.
With four cabins and eight berths in cabins, plus two additional berths, she offers flexible sleeping arrangements without feeling crowded. Two toilets make daily routines smoother, and the 13.51 m length together with a 4.18 m beam gives the interior a pleasant sense of space. Actually, this is one of the reasons guests who have booked with us so far often appreciate this model: she feels manageable under sail, yet still generous below deck.
We recommend her for island-hopping, coastal cruising, and longer stays along the central Dalmatian coast. The equipment list supports exactly that style of holiday. There is autopilot, VHF radio, GPS chart plotter in the cockpit, wind instruments, bow thruster, and an electric anchor windlass for easier manoeuvring. For safety and peace of mind, she is equipped with life jackets, life belts, inflatable life raft, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, distress signal set, radar reflector, and a black water tank. The tender is included, and the Flexofold propeller, roll genoa, and roll main sail complete a very practical sailing package.
