Here we recommend the Sun Odyssey 349, a modern sailing vessel built in 2022, ideal for rental guests who want comfort without losing the joy of sailing. From our experience, this model suits couples, small groups, and families who prefer an easy handling day-to-day—yet still enjoy proper offshore capability.
Measuring 10.34 m in length with a 3.44 m beam, it carries 6 berths in 3 cabins. That cabin layout is exactly what our guests like: everyone gets their own private space, and the overall atmosphere stays calm. Actually, we have noticed that a 3-cabin arrangement makes a big difference on week-long plans—less crowding, more “vacation mode.”
The vessel is set up for practical living aboard. You will find a chart table with a 220 V socket, plus essential navigation and communication equipment for confident coastal runs around the islands and inlets near Trogir. For day and night readiness, there is a radar reflector and electronic sea charts, while the autopilot helps reduce workload during longer passages. We also advise guests to appreciate the bimini top and sprayhood—sun and sea breeze are great… until they aren’t!
For comfort on board, there is hot water and heating, refrigeration, and a well-organized galley with a stove.
