We’ve guided many guests through the Adriatic, and the Bavaria C50 built in 2025 is one of those sailboats that simply feels “ready” from day one. Based in Pula, Croatia, this 15.43 m cruiser-racer style vessel is designed for charter and rental use, so the onboard setup prioritizes practical handling and comfortable evenings at the quay—yes, even after a long sail!

With 5 cabins, the layout suits groups who want proper privacy without sacrificing shared time. Our guests who have booked with us so far appreciate the capacity: 10 berths in the cabins, plus 2 additional sleeping positions when needed. That flexibility is especially useful for families or mixed groups.

From a technical standpoint, we recommend paying attention to the sail handling system. The roll genoa and roll main sail make sail changes fast and controlled, which matters when weather shifts quickly along the Istrian coast. The roll setup also helps keep the workload manageable for smaller crews. At the helm, the steering wheel arrangement provides confident control in day-to-day conditions.

The sanitation arrangement is also well matched to the cabin count, with 3 toilets to reduce bottlenecks during busy mornings. And because the vessel is 2025-built, we have noticed a modern, fresh feel across the interior.
