We have advised many guests who start their Adriatic season in Split, and the Prestige M48 is exactly the kind of motor boat that makes the first day feel effortless. Based in Split, Croatia, this 14.79 m vessel is designed for charter and rental, with four cabins that comfortably host up to six guests, plus one additional berth when needed. From our experience, that layout works especially well for families and small groups who want privacy without sacrificing a shared lounge atmosphere on board.

We can say with confidence that the new build year, 2026, is a real advantage. Newer systems mean smoother operation, better comfort, and fewer surprises during your cruise along the Dalmatian coast. The 6 m beam gives the yacht a solid stance at anchor, and it also helps the open deck areas feel usable instead of cramped. Four bathrooms are also a practical detail—actually, our guests appreciate that most on longer days.

On board, the navigation and safety package is built for modern cruising. You’ll find radar, VHF radio, AIS, and a GPS chart plotter in the cockpit, plus autopilot and a searchlight for those moments when visibility changes quickly. For maneuvering in Split’s busy marinas, the Volvo joystick control is a noticeable help; we have seen captains handle tight berths with less stress.

Comfort is equally clear. Air conditioning, a generator, and an ice machine keep the atmosphere stable even in warm weather. There’s a hard top, sun shade, and forward cockpit awning for shade at the right time—no waiting, no compromises! For meals, we like that the grill is on hand, and the flybridge fridge supports long lounging sessions.

There is also a dinghy with an outboard engine, a bathing platform for easy sea access, and docking camera assistance. Sound is covered with a FUSION audio setup, and the LED lighting, underwater lights, and exterior speakers add that “wow” feeling at evening stops.
