APA - Advance Provisioning Allowance A fixed 25% of the charter rate is allocated to cover day-to-day operating costs, including provisioning for fuel, food & beverages, and other incidental items such as marina charges and canal fees (if applicable), plus foreign water fees (if applicable). The captain collects all receipts and completes the final settlement at the end of the charter. If actual expenses exceed this allowance, extra funds must be provided to the captain.	0€
