Bavaria Cruiser 46 sailing yacht – Skiathos

Yacht Overview

When we speak about a sailboat in Skiathos, Greece, the Bavaria Cruiser 46 is one of those models we recommend with confidence for guests who want comfort, space, and a very pleasant sailing feeling. Built in 2021, she is a modern 14.33-metre yacht that fits beautifully into the island atmosphere of the Sporades. We have noticed that families and groups of friends appreciate this model especially, because it offers 4 cabins and 10 berths in total, with 3 toilets, so life on board stays practical even when the days are full and the anchorages are tempting.

Actually, the layout works very well for charter holidays. The wide 4.27-metre beam gives a stable and open impression, while the cockpit is made for relaxed time at sea. We think the teak in the cockpit, cockpit cushions, cockpit speakers, bimini top, and sprayhood make a real difference when the sun is strong and the evenings are long. Guests who have trusted us so far often ask for a yacht that is easy to handle too, and here the bow thruster, autopilot, roll genoa, and roll main sail are very useful. They help make manoeuvring and sailing feel smoother, especially for crews who want a more relaxed pace.

From our experience, Skiathos is a wonderful starting point for this type of sailing holiday. The island has a lively harbour, clear water, and many nearby bays that invite short passages and unhurried days. We can say with certainty that a model like this suits the area perfectly. The swimming platform is a lovely bonus after a warm day at sea, and the tender adds extra flexibility when exploring quieter spots. For us, the Bavaria Cruiser 46 is not just a sailboat; it is a well-balanced choice for charter in a destination that truly rewards time on the water.
