Yacht Overview
We have guided many groups through the Tyrrhenian waters, and the Leopard 50 catamaran we present here is one of the most comfortable choices we’ve seen for a charter in the Procida area. Built in 2020, this 15.4 m sailing catamaran combines modern comfort with reliable handling—exactly what our guests ask for when they want a smooth, relaxed day at anchor and an easy return to the harbor.
The vessel is based in PROCIDA, Italy, making it a practical starting point for exploring the coastline and nearby islands. With 6 cabins onboard, it offers 10 berths in cabins plus 2 additional sleeping places, so it works well for families, friends, and small corporate getaways who still want privacy at night. We recommend it particularly for groups that value space and a calm onboard rhythm; the catamaran layout really shows its strengths!
From our experience, the Leopard 50 is also well prepared for day-to-day cruising. Navigation and communication are covered with a GPS plotter and VHF radio, while autopilot helps keep the course steady when the sea gets lively. For anchoring and maneuvers, there’s an electric anchor windlass and electric winches, supported by practical deck equipment that makes handling far less stressful.
Comfort is not an afterthought here. Air conditioning, hot water, and a generator support life onboard even during warmer hours. On the galley side, you’ll find an oven, stove, refrigerator, and a coffee machine—small details, but our guests feel them immediately.
Safety and convenience are also clearly planned: life jackets and life rafts, emergency tiller, bilge pumps (electric and mechanical), and a watermaker for longer stays. Actually, we can say with confidence that this is a “ready-to-go” catamaran for charter guests who want reliability, space, and a modern build!
