Yacht Overview
Broker specification — Lagoon 42 catamaran, built in 2020, ideal for premium charter and rental stays in Rogoznica, Croatia. This modern 12.8 m sailing catamaran combines spacious living with easy handling. With 6 cabins, it comfortably accommodates 8 guests in the cabins plus 4 additional berths, making it a perfect choice for families, friends, or a small crew that wants space—without losing the pleasure of sailing.
The interior is planned for relaxed days and quiet nights. Four toilets keep mornings smooth, even when everyone wants to leave the dock at the same time. Air conditioning and heating support comfortable temperatures, while hot water and a reliable battery charger help you enjoy life aboard with confidence.
Navigation and communication are fully covered: GPS plotter, VHF radio, autopilot, AIS, and Tridata bring clarity to every approach and every cove. For safety, you’ll find a life raft and complete safety equipment, plus an electric anchor windlass and bilge pump.
On deck and in the cockpit, comfort is immediate. A bimini top, sprayhood, cockpit cushions, cockpit shower, and a practical cockpit table create a true outdoor living room. The galley is equipped for real meals: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, coffee machine, and a full set of kitchen utensils. Entertainment is ready with TV + DVD and Wi‑Fi Internet, and outside speakers add atmosphere.
Power and water systems are designed for autonomy. There is a generator, solar panel, inverter, and a watermaker. Shore connection 220 V is also available. The tender is included, powered by an outboard engine, so transfers are quick and effortless.
Sails and sailing performance are provided with a Dacron square top main sail, roll genoa, and electric main sail winch. Teak in the cockpit adds that finishing touch. Come aboard—Rogoznica’s coastline is waiting!
