Based in Biograd na moru, Croatia, this 10.98 m yacht is designed for easy handling under sail and calm evenings at anchor—quietly capable, yet simple to live with. Three cabins provide privacy and a practical layout for life aboard. It sleeps 6 in cabins, with 2 additional berths for extra flexibility. One toilet compartment keeps routines straightforward.

The cockpit is made for real cruising comfort. A bathing platform helps swimmers reach the water quickly. A cockpit shower adds convenience after a swim, and cushions make short passages feel relaxed. The removable cockpit table and removable cockpit bench let you adapt the space instantly. Underway, the full-batten mainsail and roll genoa support efficient sail trim, while the bimini top and sprayhood provide weather protection when conditions change—fast. An autopilot takes the edge off long stretches.

Safety and readiness are taken seriously. You’ll find a black water tank, liferaft and life belts, flares and torches, a fog horn, and a full set of standard emergency equipment. Communication and navigation include a GPS plotter, VHF radio, and a nautical chart set, plus instruments such as wind readings and a windex. For power and comfort, there is a solar panel, inverter, heating, and hot water.

Onboard systems include an electric anchor windlass, an oven and refrigerator, and a Fusion sound system for atmosphere. A tender is available for shore access. With the Flexofold propeller and shore connection 220 V, the First 36 is ready for seamless rental days—right on schedule!
