Yacht Overview
Bavaria C42 is a modern sailing yacht built in 2022, designed for an easy, premium charter experience in Lefkas, Greece. With a length of 12.4 m and a beam of 4.3 m, it balances comfort and confident handling. Three cabins create a calm onboard rhythm for up to 6 guests sleeping in the cabins, plus 2 additional berths for extra flexibility.
The interior is arranged for practical life at sea. You’ll find two toilets, thoughtfully placed to keep mornings smooth. Safety equipment is comprehensive and current. The yacht is equipped with an EPIRB distress radio beacon, a distress flare box, life rafts, life jackets and belts, along with a fog horn, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and a radar reflector for visibility in changing conditions. Navigation support is also strong: a GPS plotter in the cockpit, nautical charts, and an echosounder help you read the coast and plan passages with certainty.
On deck, sailing is streamlined. A self-tacking jib reduces workload, while the autopilot supports long stretches under sail. A bow thruster adds precision when maneuvering in ports and marinas around Lefkas. Comfort details matter, too: a bimini top, sprayhood, cockpit cushions, and a cockpit shower for quick refresh after swimming.
For anchoring and daily routines, the Bavaria C42 offers an electric anchor windlass, bilge pumps (electric and mechanical), fenders, mooring ropes, deck brush, and tools.
