Cyclades 50.5 sailing yacht – Athens

Yacht Overview

Set sail from Athens, Greece, aboard the Cyclades 50.5 sailboat, a charter and rental cruiser built in 2007 for travelers who want comfort without losing the romance of the wind. At 15.62 m long and 4.89 m wide, this 6-cabin sailing yacht feels remarkably spacious—ideal for families, groups of friends, and anyone who prefers smooth, confident handling.

With accommodations for 10 guests in cabins plus 2 additional berths, the layout is made for real holidays, not compromises. Four toilets keep daily routines effortless, even when everyone is onboard. You’ll notice the thoughtful atmosphere the moment you step into the cockpit: cushions for relaxed evenings, a shower right where you need it, and a bimini top that turns bright Aegean sunshine into comfortable shade.

The boat’s practical equipment supports worry-free cruising. A bow thruster helps with low-speed maneuvering around marinas in Athens; the electric anchor windlass and anchor make arrivals simple. Modern navigation and communication gear—including VHF radio and a navigation set—keeps your course steady. When temperatures shift, air conditioning and heating, along with hot water, keep the cabin climate just right.

Life aboard is designed for easy living. The galley includes an oven and gas cooker, plus a refrigerator and kitchen utensils for proper meals. Teak deck and teak in the cockpit add a classic touch, while the roll main sail and roll genoa help you adapt sail plans quickly. For safety, you’ll find a complete package: life raft, life belts, flares, fire extinguisher, and distress signals. And yes—there’s a tender onboard for shore excursions. Ready for a wind-driven escape? This Cyclades 50.5 is.
