Oceanis 38.1 sailboat – Cannigione

Boat Overview

From our experience, the Oceanis 38.1 is a very practical sailboat for guests who want a comfortable holiday on the water without giving up good sailing performance. Built in 2017, she is based in Cannigione, Italy, and we can say with confidence that this is a very attractive starting point for discovering the northern Sardinian coast. The boat measures 11.58 metres in length and 3.66 metres in width, so she feels well balanced and manageable, even for crews who appreciate easier handling.

We recommend her especially for families or groups of friends looking for a sailboat for charter. The layout offers 3 cabins and 6 berths in cabins, plus 2 additional berths, which gives useful flexibility when planning the stay on board. There are also 2 toilets, and this is something our guests always value on a week at sea. Actually, it makes daily life on board much smoother!

Based on our knowledge, the Oceanis 38.1 is a model that combines smart use of space with relaxed sailing. The autopilot is a welcome help on longer passages, while the chart plotter supports easier navigation. We also like the roll genoa and roll main sail, because they make sail handling more convenient for crews of different experience levels. The bimini top and sprayhood add good protection from sun and wind, and the teak in the cockpit gives the outdoor area a pleasant, classic feel.

We have noticed that guests who have trusted us with similar sailboats often appreciate how this model feels both modern and homely. For a charter holiday from Cannigione, this is a reliable and appealing choice. Simple, comfortable, and ready for memorable days at sea!!
