We’ve guided many guests through the Turkish coast, and the first thing we notice about the Trawler 77 is how reassuringly practical it feels. Built in 1998 and recently renewed in 2023, this motor boat is a comfortable choice for those who want a relaxed charter or rental experience with real “live-aboard” convenience.

Based in Ören, Turkey, the 23.6 m hull (6.3 m beam) is designed for smooth days on the water and easy evenings onboard. With four cabins and space for eight guests in cabins, it suits families and small groups who prefer privacy without giving up shared moments. Actually, we think the layout is what makes the difference: everyone has their own cabin rhythm, and the boat still feels social.

From our experience, the standout comfort details are the air conditioning and the galley conveniences, including a dishwasher and coffee machine—small luxuries that guests remember long after the trip. For navigation confidence, the GPS plotter and autopilot keep things steady, while the bow thruster helps during close-quarters arrivals in busy harbors. We also like that there’s a generator and a watermaker onboard, because it means fewer worries and more time enjoying the coastline.

When the day calls for something special, the grill (barbecue) and flybridge setting make for unforgettable, sunlit meals. For active moments, there’s a kayak and snorkelling equipment, plus an outboard engine for the tender—so exploring shallower coves is genuinely effortless.
